It is unfortunate that Stage 1 does not apply to our sport or any other sport. But Stage 2 does, so let’s all get prepared, clean out your gun case, organise if you need anything new (like a gun or 2!), do a little lifting exercises otherwise that first time back on the range your arm will feel like!
